Setup fees and the first month’s subscription are payable upfront. Thereafter, payments are due on the 1st of each month. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

7. Cancellation & Notice

You may cancel your subscription by providing one month’s notice. Service will continue until the end of the notice period, and charges remain payable during this time.

8. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once services have been set up and delivered, except where required by law. We will always aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Call AI UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunities arising from use of our services.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, including for breach of these terms or non-payment.
